Your First Class

Never tried a class at BTMA Studios? The ELDOA method has a variety of exercises that can be tailored to to help heal and strengthen your body.  Make sure you still register online though with Yoga Source!

  Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely. Classes are held at the Yoga Source Studio. We can’t wait to see you.
