A BTMA Adventure

On August 27th, 2017 we will be very excited to present GetItOut: A BTMA Adventure. GetItOut is a new boxing oriented class experience designed to give you the opportunity to explore non-violent aggressive behavior in a fun community event.

Price for admission is $30 and you can purchase tickets through our Eventbrite page.

We hope to see you there!

Everyone knows the negative results pent-up stress can have on the body, so we are partnering with Sweat gym in order to provide you with a fun, safe experience while you learn how to find an outlet for your pent-up frustrations in life (and get a good workout while you’re at it).

The GetItOut event will include a boxing class, a separate warm up and cool down using key ELDOA exercises specifically oriented to supplement boxing exercises from our BTMA fix, fit, and flex classes taught by Liam Springer.

Afterwards there will be a cool down and a mix and mingle portion of the event where there will be food and drink provided by Frida’s.

The event will start at 1 PM and will end by 3:30.
