Come join us on June 25th, 2017 for this special event where we will hold a special climbing class that will focus on showing you the ropes, both figuratively and literally, and how ELDOA can help you reach new heights. Price for admission is $50 and tickets can be purchased through our Eventbrite page.
The BTMA Studio Team is teaming up with the rock climbing gym, Climb So iLL, to give you a unique exercise experience that you are unlikely to find anywhere else.
The event will begin on June 25th at 6 PM with an opening presentation a series of warmup exercises led by our head instructor, Liam Springer.
At 6:30, there will be a group climbing class, followed by a series of cool down ELDOA exercises specifically arranged for post-climbing.
After the cool down, there will be food and drink provided in a Happy Hour event catered with food from Good Fortune and beverages from Companion Kombucha.
Each participant will not only get to walk away with a great experience, but also a free ELDOA class, courtesy of BTMA Studio, as well as a free return visit to use the facilities of our awesome partners, Climb So iLL.
We hope to see you there!
