8. Adult Kickball at Tower Grove Park
The adult kickball scene is alive and well in St. Louis. If you don’t believe us, just drive by Tower Grove Park on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Sign up with a local adult kickball league (e.g., Team St. Louis) to join in the fun.
9. Pick-up sports games
With a simple Google search, you can find pick-up games for various sports (soccer, ultimate frisbee, flag football) at different locations around town. St. Louis Ultimate Association and St. Louis Pick Up Soccer are two organizations offering local pick-up games.

You can take outdoor yoga classes at Forest Park, Tower Grove Park, the Arch, and other St. Louis locations. Yoga Buzz is a good resource for finding fun yoga events around town.
11. Fruit picking at Eckert’s Farms
The nearest Eckert’s location is in Belleville IL. But we also love the Grafton location, which is less crowded. Plus, the trip from St. Louis to Grafton features a beautiful drive along the river.
